Q – When ordering, does my price get locked in at the time of order or when the item ships?

A – All prices are locked at the time of order. If gold goes up or down, the price of the item will remain the same.

Q – In what metals can overnight cast?

A – Overnight can cast any style in a variety of metals including Silver, 10k, 14k, platinum and palladium or alloy. Overnight also offers its gold products in a           variety of colors including White, Yellow, and Pink.

Q – What are expected delivery times?

A – Expected delivery times are as follows:

• stocked items – Next day
• Raw castings – within 3 business days
• Polished blanks – 3-5 business days
• Semi-mounts and Complete pieces – 5-7 business days
• Platinum pieces – 7-10 business days
• Wax Modification – 7-10 business days
• Custom crafted – 2 weeks

Q – Can I send Overnight my stones to set in one of their mountings?

A – Yes, Overnight can set any of your stones for you. We have some of the most talented setters in the industry and provide setting labors at a competitive              cost.

Q – What are Overnight's return policies?

A – Overnight has one of the most flexible return policies in the industry. We allow return privileges on any of the thousands of stocked mountings and semi-          mounts in our inventory. We give you 10 business days to return the product, which gives you time to sell it to you customer.
